FAQ – Cancellation & Reschedule

Q1. Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Yes, you can. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via Instagram direct message or email at oncewemetinfo@gmail.com.

 

Q2. What happens if I cancel less than 48 hours before my reservation?

Cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

 

Q3. How many times can I reschedule my reservation?

We allow one-time rescheduling per reservation. If unsure, you may cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund of your reservation fee.

 

Q4. Will a receipt be issued if I cancel or do not show up?
If a reservation is cancelled or in case of a no-show, any retained deposit will be considered a cancellation fee, and no receipt will be issued.
