Q1. Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Yes, you can. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via Instagram direct message or email at oncewemetinfo@gmail.com.
Q2. What happens if I cancel less than 48 hours before my reservation?
Cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Q3. How many times can I reschedule my reservation?
We allow one-time rescheduling per reservation. If unsure, you may cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund.
